job_order id in Activities API

There is a job_order field in the Activities API that looks to be simple the name of the Job Order (which can change).  Is there a way to filter on the actual ID of the Job Order?  We'd like to search for Activities for a given Job Order.  I'm guessing the relationship is maintained in your database by looking at the Activities page on the CATS site (there is a link to the Job Order).
