Gradle build failure

Hi Chris & André,

I was trying to build the Eclipse files for Cascading 2.7.1, so from the top I ran “gradle eclipse”.

I get the following error:

Changed dependencies of configuration ':cascading-core:compile' after it has been included in dependency resolution. This behaviour has been deprecated and is scheduled to be removed in Gradle 3.0.

Changed dependencies of parent of configuration ':cascading-core:provided' after it has been resolved. This behaviour has been deprecated and is scheduled to be removed in Gradle 3.0

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* Where:

Build file '/Users/kenkrugler/git/cascading-2.7.1/cascading-core/build.gradle' line: 27

* What went wrong:

A problem occurred evaluating project ':cascading-core'.

This is with gradle 2.12 on Mac OS X 10.11.5

Is this a known issue? Any workaround?

Cascading 2.x only builds with gradle 1.x, if I recall correctly.
Using 1.11 should work fine. Otherwise you can backport this commit to
make it work with gradle versions newer than 2.3:
