No gasstations in whole USA?

Hi there,

tried to get the gasstations for Miami, Austin, Toronto and other cities in USA via
https://www.car2go.com/api/v2.1/gasstations?loc=austin&oauth_consumer_key=MYKEY&format=json
but I always get an empty placemark array.

Aren't there any stations?

Of course there are fuel stations in NA, but the situation there differs from the EU: In EU we have fuel cards for specific brands of fuel stations (e.g. Shell in Germany) - In NA the fuel cards are valid for ALL fuel stations.

Therefor it makes sense for us to provide a list of "supported" fuel stations for the EU locations. Doing so for NA would mean we would have to provide ALL fuel stations, which would be kind of crazy ;-)
