Install-combination table

I was thinking of drawing a  table of installation combinations (dependency etc.) for caybara-webkit and update the wiki accordingly.

It could be something like this (Please ignore the versions below, for demonstration only):

This could be a useful addition to the wiki. The current installation instructions page has not kept with the latest releases and provides instructions which do not support 1.0.

If it's possible, can we arrange what we know in this thread, regarding at least one install combination.
So all I need a single line from you. So I/one can draw the table.

Example:

" I have got centos 6.4 and as far as I know (source link) for capybara-webkit 1.0.0 you need qt minimum x with ruby 1.y.z. and (whatever dependency I can think of) "
