In Chrome: tinymce editor, select an iframe, javascript error(Failed to execute 'setBaseAndExtent' )

Hi

In Chrome, when edit a page, mouse select an iframe, there will be a javascript error.

That causes the LTI resource_selection script not including the selection html text...

Below is the error message, also attach a screen grab. 

Can this be fixed ?

I am coding LTI richtext editor plugins, update element will need the editor to return the selected html text. It works well in the past, but suddenly it's not working in Chrome, fine when using firefox and IE.

must be related to some of the extension installed on Chrome.

After reinstall chrome, the issue is gone.
