Select or Exclude Content in Bulk Migration Script (php)

We are trying to change our current Bulk Migration script so that we can either select or exclude content during migration. The script we use includes all content as is (Course Settings, Syllabus, Modules, Assignments, etc.), but we would like to be able to pick and choose what to copy.

I'm attaching the script for your reference.
