Latest stable crashes with an ActiveRecord error

After updating to the latest stable version, (2017/08/05) I keep running into these crashes. In the past, similar issues have been related to stale code in my installation. I believe I'm cleaning up stale code correctly now, so I'm at a loss.

Any help would be most welcome, as always.
