I often highlight what I'm reading of click around and so it was with annoyance that I found that if I accidentally clicked outside the text frame, i.e. to the side of it, the Reader mode would be disabled, how can I turn this off?

Hi,

I finally got around to doing something about your issue. CustomReader 2.1.8 is now out, and it adds an option to disable exiting Reader when you click the border around the page. Look for the setting in the Other section of CustomReader settings.
