Position 1
- Zigbee/Zwave /Bluetooth/WIFI (either of this would be OK)
- Linux Background with BSP is a must. ( No Device Driver is required)
- IOT/MQTT/TCP IP/HTTP/SSL are good to have.

- Device Testing on IoT platform / Smarthomes ( not application side)
- Zigbee, Z-Wave is good to have ( atleast one of them but if the guy is strong on IoT platform / device testing, they are okay to let go of Zigbee experience). Strong BSP skill is what is needed
- Python scripting is not mandatory
