REQUIREMENTS
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Math, or Computer Science/Engineering
Desired: MBA/CFA/ChFC or other internationally recognized qualification/certification
Required Qualifications
8 years’ experience in a business analysis role
4 years’ experience in financial services domain
Excellent understanding of investment/wealth management, financial planning, and capital markets
Excellent financial modeling/logic/math skills.
Technical aptitude and/or prior experience in technical role
Proven leadership and experience taking a project from inception to completion
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision and tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in writing requirement specifications, supportive documentation and other collateral materials
Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills, including ability to collaborate across teams in various geographic locations
