C# .Net Developer with (Production Support & Operations)
Client is looking for someone with application development background with either C# and ASP . NET and/or DBA skillset.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Production Support and Operations
Responsible for managing the SLA’s based on the scope of work signed by the client by
Handling all support calls within business hours per the contract
Acknowledging client requests per contract SLA
Ticket triaging with the help of SMEs
Resolving high priority tickets within contract SLA
Coordinating with global delivery team for overall client support and ticket resolution
Producing weekly production support report include acknowledgment trend, resolution trends, closed tickets, ticket aging etc
Requirements
BS or above in Computer Science or related engineering field or equivalent education-experience
Minimum of 5 years of Dev Ops experience
Minimum of 3 years of T-SQL experience
Minimum of 3 years of C# and ASP.NET experience
Excellent client facing verbal and written communication skills to handle external clients
SSIS, SQL Server Administration, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, .NET, C#, MVC
Experience with data intensive applications
Tableau server administration
MSBuild, Jenkins, RedGate Suite, Mercurial
Version control, Visual Studio, SSMS, unit test frameworks
Experience working in global delivery model
