Planning the first meetup of 2013

I'd like to hear people's opinions for the date for the first meetup of 2013. I had originally told people we'd try for the last week of January, but that's not much time after the holidays for people to prepare talks. So perhaps we should aim for the second week of February. Would anyone have a problem with either 12 or 13 February (that's Tuesday or Wednesday)?
Also, I'd like this meetup to consist of a few lightning talks, followed by dinner and drinks. Would anyone like to volunteer to give a talk? This could be something as simple as "I found this really useful Clojure library", or "this is my favourite OCaml language feature" -- nothing big, no pressure. Reply to this thread or email me privately if you have something you'd like to share.
