Evaluating trained model caffe

Hi, 

I used the steps described in http://shengshuyang.github.io/A-step-by-step-guide-to-Caffe.html  to plot my training log and I found that my test loss increases rather than decreasing.

Does anyone have any insights on how to evaluate my training model and understand what steps that I can take to improve its performance? How to interpret the plots and any additional plots that help in evaluation?
