channel pruning released for accelerating caffemodels

Dear Caffe users,

 

We are glad that we have released channel pruning source code for accelerating Caffemodels. 

• accelerate VGG-16 4x without losing accuracy
• accelerate ResNet-50 2x with 1.4% increase of Top-5 error
• accelerate Xception-50 2x with 1.0% increase of Top-5 error
