Mean and Variance data for MVN Layer in Caffe

How do I get the mean and variance data for a MVN Layer in test phase? For a Batch Norm layer, the caffemodel file has the mean and variance data. Does the same apply to MVN layer?
Can some one also point me to an example of Network with MVN layer? I could't find one.
