Hello, the handrails on my 90 PH38 (pilothouse top) are 'not tight' and i want to re-bed them.

I can see that they don't align with the inside handrails - is it standard for Cabo to put tapped metal into the deck and bolt to that - or am I looking at having to remove the head liner?

Geoff, I'm not sure what year your boat is, but on my boat (#30), the fore- and aft-most attachments of the handrail are through-bolted, which would imply removing the headliner at least in those places.
