Older sails becoming available

Guys - since we are getting a new set of sails for our CR38 we will not be needing the old sails.

The mainsail is pretty long in the tooth but is servicable.

The staysail is in pretty darn good shape but it cost so little to get a new one made at the same time as the others... we figured "why not".

The genoa is (I think) a 115% and also is in pretty good shape but is getting older.

We are in St. Augustine and when they become available in about 2 months I will let anyone on here have first crack at buying that at a great price, if anyone is interested.

Any of the sails are fine for kicking around the bay or whatever in moderate winds but the only sail I would trust in heavy winds is the staysail.

Hi Alex,

Might be interested in the jib and stay sail. We wanted to buy a new jib for Opus this year but our falling Canadian dollar has almost doubled the cost. Email us at cool...@sympatico.ca. Would like to know prices and sunbrella color on the jib.

I have a new jib, used twice with blue sunshade cloth, $1100.

Luff: 40 ft.

leach 38 ft.

Foot 20 ft.
