Human readable bunyan output during development

Hi,

Is there any way to make the default output for Bunyan to be the human readable output that you get by piping to `| bunyan`?

It would be very handy to be able to set that for development, and use the JSON-ouput on our production systems.

Unfortunately not currently no. It is one of the oldest requests though: https://github.com/trentm/node-bunyan/issues/13

I *do* want to do this, but I can't promise when *I'll* get there. I'd had a start in the "2.x" branch, but I haven't had
time for that in a long while.
