shutting down the logger

Hi, what is the proper way of shutting down the logger, so that it closes its open streams and allows for a clean exit? If I call process.exit, some streams (like rotating-file) are not flushed.

There isn't a perfect answer right now. This is https://github.com/trentm/node-bunyan/issues/37 which is one of my top few current bunyan tickets. Though granted I haven't moved on this one in a while :|

I'm not sure though what would be the blocking issue with an explicit close function that flushes and closes all the underlying streams?
