batch export

I have around two dozen c3d files and want to export subsets of the markers to tab delineated format.

Is there a batch mode I can use to do this?

Currently, I have to open the file in Mokka, unselect 50 out the 60 markers I'm not interested in, and then select export from the menu. I'm not anticipating doing this 20 times.

If there isn't a way to fully automate this, is there a way to unselect markers all at once instead of one by one?

does "unselect 50 out of 60 markers ..." mean delete markers.

i can share  a btk python program , if you want.
