Dear Mokka developer,

First thanks so much for developing this open source tool, it helped me a lot with my gait analysis.

Now I am using it to generate animations from C3D files, and have some questions:

1. Is there any way to connect those data dots into lines?(so that it looks like a skeleton)

2. Now when the subject easily walks ouside the display window and I have to constantly drag the grid to follow the animation. Is there a way to make the background grid move with the animation?

3. Also is there any way to make the background grid larger?

Any guidance is appreciated!

i already answer this question

good question. What is the dimension of your volume acquisition.

3. Also is there any way to make the background grid larger?

 Apparently, you can t modify the grid dimension;
It s not acceessible from preferences (windows/layout/manage user layout)
:-(

Any guidance is appreciated!

Hi Fabien,

Thanks a lot for replying. (and sorry for accidently posting twice)

1. I did notice the segment function, but it seems to be always gray and cannot be clicked. I've tried several sets of data. Any idea what the cause is?

2. The acquisition is 3d array (x,y and z)

Thanks again for helping!
Best,
Bruce

quickly,

after marker selection, type e or f wether you want sticks or face. That enable the pushbutton

Hi Bruce!

I'm not the developer, but this might help:

1.- If you're using Mokka, you can link the segments with coloured lines. You can even link three markers and form a "face". Just select the markers you want to link, right click and "New segment". You can save the visual configuration (the combobox over the marker labels) for later use with the same C3D or any other with the same labels

2 & 3.- Not that I know of.

Best,

Marcos
