Thanks, I have the same reply. I don't know what is going on, I have written to the web hosting company

The site is up again. Not too sure why it was disabled...

The site was blocked again this morning and this time the provider was kind enough to explain why :-((((
I have removed the offending script (cgi-bin/timeout.py is detected as a security issue, don't ask me why) and reopened the site.
