Request to unban IP

Dear browscap-Team,

thank you for your work.

We have used your service for years.
Unfortunately since August 31 our IP was banned.
We haven't changed anything in our setup and we just download the browscap.ini lite file 1x / day.

We got the following error message from cloudflare:
Error 1010 Ray ID: 39935a3a04826a37

Please unban the following IP:
134.119.2.195

I can't find that IP in our block list, could it be an IPv6 address?
