I try to get db update and receive:

"Rate limit exceeded for 5.149.255.110. You have been permantly banned for abuse."

Could you unban it, please?

I have unbanned that IP - please ensure you keep to the rate limit policy in future, defined on http://browscap.org/#Rate-Limiting :)
