Hi,
I'm getting a response from your server saying:
"Rate limit exceeded for 83.64.127.10. You have been permantly banned for abuse."
This is strange as the site had been working fine on my previous server then after moving to a new server I received this message after a few days.
Please can you let me know why this might have happened
I'm using this code: https://github.com/GaretJax/phpbrowscap/ but I've been getting errors due to classes as it's on a PHP 5.1.3 server so I had to edit it slightly.

Hi Craig,
It might be worth trying https://github.com/browscap/browscap-php which has had optimisations done to ensure it doesn't get overloaded.
In the mean time I have removed the ban for that IP address.
