Device Maker, Type and Pointing Device

Hi,

The browser lookup tool has 3 fields:
Device_Maker
Device_Type
Device_PointingDevice

But they're not exposed in the browscap.csv file (v 5035 anyway). How can I get it through the CSV?

My guess is simply they are not included.

Feel free to submit a PR to include them in the build :)
