Dear Chris,
We have computed small-world sigma and normalised rich-club coefficient for a range of structural covariance densities for two groups. We have followed the steps outlined in the user manual.
I was wondering whether you could advise how we may use the permute function to directly compare the sigma small-worldness at each network density and normalised rich-club coefficient at each k and network density.
Please let me know if you need any more information/detail.
Kind regards,
Chris Watson

Hi, you would have to use a custom function which, for each permutation, generates N random graphs and calculates small-worldness or rich-club coefficients for each random graph. This would be very computationally intensive. See the discussion at https://groups.google.com/g/braingraph-help/c/kDz0KW3t6WU/m/JRpazCwnBAAJ for some details.
