multiple comparisons correction for p.perm

Hi Chris,

We can have the values of p, p.fdr and p.perm by using brainGraph_GLM for one graph/vertex attribute. Is it necessary to perform correction for multiple comparisons on the p.perm?

No, not if you calculate permutations. See
