Hi, Chris,

In the paper (Drakesmith et al.,2015; Watson et al., 2019 ) that introduced MTPC, the authors calculated not only Amtpc and Acrit but also Pmtpc.

I can not find any information about Pmtpc in braingraph userguide, could you please show me how to calculate Pmtpc or where to find it ?

They only use Pmtpc "generically". That is, the only times I see it used in the paper is to state that a result is "< 0.05"; otherwise they just list "n.s." (not significant). This is because there are no P-values calculated for MTPC.
