Dear Chris,

I have been following your manual to derive several graph/vertex/edge metrics and relevant plots.

I am trying to run the plot_rich_norm function but am obtaining the following error:

## Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...): values must be type ’integer’,
## but FUN(X[[1]]) result is type ’double’

Interestingly, this error is also present in your manual. Perhaps this is an easy fix, but I can’t seem to pin doesn’t the source of the error.

Kind regards,
Gershon.

I would need more information, but it's probably the bug in "rich_core" that I thought was fixed already. Try upgrading to the latest version.
If it still doesn't work, in the "rich_core" function, where "k.r" is assigned you can change it to:

k.r <- as.integer(degs[vorder][r])

Thanks Chris,

I updated to 2.7.3 (the latest version?) but the error persisted. Editing the rich_core function solved the problem.

Kind regards,
Gershon.
