Kinesis Stream Consumption

Hi Guys

I have been struggling with understanding how can I consume and process a stream from kinesis using boto. I cant seem to find a decent example. I am able to push data easily to the stream via the put_record method. Can someone please show me some example code that shows how can I get the records and apply some processing to it.
