Reactive Programming - Updated github & next meeting

Hi All,

I've moved the github to a new location https://github.com/zdsbs/reactive-programming-exercise any contributions / comments would be welcome.

For the next meeting I seem to remember that we would do something on trampolining. The other topics I wrote down were continuation passing style, elixr's pipe operator, and pointfree (or tacit programming: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tacit_programming).
