Contract extension and new monthly pricing date

Hello All,

Ferrell Gas has extended the duration of the pricing agreement with BD-PUG for 5 years from October 1, 2013.  A component of the agreement is changing the monthly pricing from the first friday of the month to the 1st of the month.  The pricing structure will remain the same at $0.85 over Bay Area TARGA.

The following is from Ward Sutherland of Ferrell Gas:

"Let this email be accepted as an addendum to the Bonny Doon Propane Proposal. The following 2 items are included:

1)  As of October 1st, 2013 the price of propane will be adjusted on the 1st day of each month rather than the first Friday of the month.

2)  The terms of the agreement shall be for a 5 year term starting Oct, 1st 2013.
