Not clear how to "add project by URL"

I saw a message about testing Albert@Home on Android 5 and discovered that the current BOINC client (7.4.41) doesn't make it clear how to add a project by URL.

There is a "+Add Project" button, but it only allows adding a known project or "Add account manager".

I finally figured it out: the "Add project by URL" was 'hidden' in the menu dropdown (three dots) to the right of the "+Add Project" button.

Could the "add project by URL" option be made a little clearer?
