Moving from Python 2.6 and into Python 3.5

In the event of modifying your packages, please make sure to remove Travis builds for Python 2.6 and add builds for Python 3.5.

FYI, this is now done with the latest version of our core packages. Python 2.6 is no longer supported or tested, please upgrade to Python 2.7.
