Hey guys,

I did not find anything about CUDA in the docs. Does bob use CUDA to accelerate computations in any way? :)
If so do I need to configure something before bob can use CUDA?

Best
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin,

No we don't have CUDA support, but we accept patches :-)

If you use our binaries provided in conda, the library bob.math was built Intel MKL.

Cheers

Hi, Tiago,

The version of bob.math that we share through conda-forge is compiled against openblas not intel MKL.
But still you can use numpy, scipy, ... etc. mkl versions (available through conda and anaconda) and bob.math openblas version together; there is no problem with that.

Best regards,
Amir
