Unable to Install on Windows 10

Hi,

I want to use bob.ip.flandmark in my computer vision project but I am unable to install bob.

Can someone guide me to how to install it on windows?

OR

Is there any installation guide available for installing this module on windows?

Hello 14007065269,

Bob is not supported under Windows. Your options are using a Virtual Machine (e.g. VirtualBox-based) with Linux and install it there. Another (untested) option is to use the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), which will allow you to run binaries (no displaying possible; https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/commandline/wsl/install_guide). Once you have a prompt, follow-up our standard installation instructions at https://www.idiap.ch/software/bob/install
