Closing issues in gitlab

Hello,

We have, currently ~200 issues open for all bob-related projects. It would be good if we can close some of them (obsolete'd) and check what is still relevant. While it is good to open issues to track problems, and we continue to encourage it, we also need to work on keeping track of those issues more often and solving them.

If you have a few moments to spare, please go through the bug list and see if you can contribute.
