Trying to run base line spear algorithm

I am trying to run the baseline spear algorithm. I succesfully ran pip install bob.bio.base I then ran python bootstrap_buildout and bin/buildout however when ever I try and run anything created in the bin folder (verify.py, database.py etc) I get the error:  ImportError: dynamic module does not define init function (initmultiarray)
