Parallel trainers satellite package

Dear bobbers,

I'm working in a satellite package that trains some models in parallel using the python bindings for MPI and Bob called parallel_trainers (https://github.com/tiagofrepereira2012/parallel_trainers) . 

The available trainers are the following:

 - EM Trainer for the GMMMachine (to train the UBM)

 - The within client variation matrix (U Matrix) for the Intersession Variability Modeling (ISV)

This package is compatible with the xbob.db packages.

The code that trains the Total Variability matrix and its publication in pypi, will be available soon. However it is possible to use it to train a UBM and the U Matrix.
