Hi,
Which Bob packages do you plan to use? Some of them have different licenses.
Thanks,
Amir

Hello,Thanks for your interest in this work. You'll have to check each and every dependency for conformance. Most of the core packages are licensed under a 3-clause BSD license. So, you can use those w/o problems on commercial or other products. If you're talking about re-using bob.bio.spear, please note the open-source version is licensed under the GPLv3. This license is not adequate for commercial usage as it obliges you to release any linked software back to the open-source community.A possible option is to re-negotiate a license with the copyright owner of this package (i.e. the Idiap Research Institute) allowing you to exploit the package w/o having to release your software open-source. If you choose this route, please let us know so we can put you in contact with our tech transfer office.Best, Andre

I wish to know if I can make use of the functions for enrollment, scoring and
other algorithms in a commercial product. I do not intend change any code and just
call the functions for these algorithms as of now?
