Hello everyone,

I am new to bob and would like to train UBMs on a custom database. The wav files contain multiple sections (speech, music, speech&music,...) which are labeled accordingly in separate json files. I would like to build different UBMs for speech, music, speech&music with this.

Can bob work with label files of any kind or do I have to create sets of wav files for each label?

Best
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin,

Please, have a look in our documentation (user guide and API) for more information about how to train a UBM in your scenario.

Any question, please let us know.

Cheers

Tiago
