train_isv.py is crashing

Hey guys,

I am trying to run train_isv.py using:

./bin/train_isv.py -vv -d 'ami' -p 'energy-2gauss' -e 'mfcc-60' --algorithm 'isv' -s 'isv' --groups 'world' -g 'demanding' -o 'isv' -R '/idiap/user/akomaty/AMI-test1/' -T '/idiap/temp/akomaty/AMI-test1/'

The error am getting is:

bob.bio.gmm@2016-11-08 17:12:26,665 -- ERROR: During the execution, an exception was raised: Please specify a algorithm either on command line (via --algorithm) or in a configuration file

I am specifying the algorithm, where this problem comes from?

This was a known issue and it is fixed: https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.bio.base/issues/53

Are you using the git version of bob.bio.base?
