Bob 2.1.0 released

Dear Bob users,

Bob 2.1.0 is released on PyPI (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/bob/2.1.0).

The binary installations for MacOSX and Ubuntu are also available.

The change log for this new release is the following:
  - bob.core was upgraded to the version 2.1.0 (https://github.com/bioidiap/bob.core)
  - bob.measure was upgraded to the version 2.1.0 ( fixed issue #3 https://github.com/bioidiap/bob.measure/issues/3)
  - bob.learn.boosting was upgraded to the version 2.0.4 (fixed issue a unit test in Ubuntu 12.04 with the commit b5190bf) (https://github.com/bioidiap/bob.learn.boosting)
  - bob.extension upgraded to the version 2.0.11 (commits 0c52e45,  01660d0 and 7154ed2 ) (https://github.com/bioidiap/bob.extension)
  - bob.io.audio 2.0.0 was released and now is part of Bob (https://github.com/bioidiap/bob.io.audio)
