Can't get the "Release Bundles" GUI to work

I can release bundles using gradlew release, but I have never managed to get the gui version to work.

I always get an error out along the lines of:

Release <bundleid>, into Release, exception java.io.IOException: Failed to delete <workspace>\cnf\release\<bundleid>\<bundleid>-1.0.0.jar,
