Just trying out bndtools 3.4-dev, to see if it resolved an issue we are having.

I'm confused about how I now create new workspaces/projects.

What I used to do was create a new bnd workspace using the "osgi/workspace" workspace template, then use the "osgi enroute" project template.
This option no longer appears to be available. I can create an osgi/workspace worksapce, but then the only project template I get is "<<Empty>> 1.0.0".

How do I create an "enroute" project? Is it just that something has yet to be migrated to 3.4, that this is just an omission, or is this no longer an option?

Thanks.

This is a known issue, The template support is changing and the enroute templates were removed before they were replaced to work with the new template support. If you need to use enroute templates, you need to use bndtools 3.3. If you need to develop bndtools, you need to use bndtools 3.4.0.DEV.

Wonderful world isn’t it :-(

I am having the same problem. I’ve a couple of new features but I can’t add them to bnd until this is resolved.

Kind regards,

That's fair enough. I'll stick to 3.3 for now. I wanted to try out the ability to "resolve all" on projects which I understand is in bnd 3.4, and there were a couple of issues we'd had trouble with that before investigating further I wanted to try out with 3.4 to see if the behaviour was any different.

Thanks.
