JarFile to Resource?

Hello.

Is there some code or documentation out there on how to get a Resource
(or failing that, a List<Capability> and List<Requirement>) from a jar
file in the filesystem?

I'm trying to put together a trivial example of using the Felix
resolver to obtain a list of "required" bundles:

I've created two trivial bundles in the filesystem, but can't work out
where I need to look in the Bnd API to get capabilities and
requirements from them in order to supply the resolver with the
information it wants.
