By popular demand (ok, just by Joel), Here's the recipie, scaled down
to 5 gallons, of our big brew day.
Enjoy!
Oh, and be sure to save a few bottles so we can do a side-by-side
comparison for at our next big brew day in March!
Dan, I think I'll have you bring some bottles, as I know JesseG got
only 6 and I'm sure by only being half full, they'll be well oxidized
by then...
