For those who haven't yet signed up on the yahoo groups.  I don't want anyone to miss out, but I'd still encourage you to head over the the website and sign up under the new group.  We're putting a lot of exciting information up on that site with pictures, recipies, and an ingredient swap.

 

And let me know if you're in for the big brew day.

This Wednesday is the last call for the Big Brew Day.

So far, we have 15 gallons spoken for.
Reg - 5 gallons
Kermit - 5 gallons
Patrick - 5 gallons

If you want in on the action, you need to email me by the end of the
day on Wednesday.

If you know you'd like 5 gallons, but don't know if you can make it
to the brew day, don't worry!  If you drop your fermenter off prior
to the brew day, we'll make sure you get your share of fermenting
goodness.
I only ask that you make arrangements to pick up your batch within a
few days since my basement is being carpeted and I'm limited on space.
