one-click templates disappeared

I was using one of the free one-click templates and wanted to start over. When I opened the one-click templates window again, the list was gone, except for the personal templates (0). What would cause them to disappear? How can I get them back?

I deleted BlueGriffin and reloaded it and the templates are back. Still don't know why this happened or how to prevent it in the future.
